What's your exchange policy?
We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed items. The policy applies to regular priced items only and is valid within 14 days after purchase.

Unless it is due to products’ manufacturing defects, customers are responsible for any shipping and/or handling costs when items are exchanged.

Non-exchangeable items include those purchased on sale, discount code orders and all accessories. 

What shall I do if I want to exchange?
Simply contact us at cs@mimimono.com and we will assist you throughout the exchange process.

You can either visit our retail stores or mail the product(s) to us by post. Once we have received your parcel, we will contact you to confirm and send you the alternatives in 5 business days.  

How much is shipping?
Enjoy free shipping within Singapore. For overseas orders, shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the weight. You will see the actual number upon your check out. Import tax and fee for custom clearance are excluded in the shipping fee.

When will my purchase ship?
In-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed. If it’s a pre-order, then on the estimated date specified on the product page.

How long will it take my package to arrive?
Delivery takes between 1-14 business days depending on your location and shipping method you have selected. 

How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships.
